BOB DAY

A few years ago, I began offering a special housewarming gift to every non-investor buyer client…..and a special “perk” to all seller clients prior to their list date. It has come to be known affectionately as a “Bob Day” & provides each client with 9 hours of free handyman labor around the house. Bob (my talented husband) is a Mechanical Engineer with 30 yrs of work experience & a very capable handyman. Although he is NOT a licensed contractor, he can honestly run circles around most of the licensed handyman contractors I’ve ever met. He can install a variety of items (video doorbells, new door locks, blinds, plumbing fixtures, light fixtures, mirrors, ceiling fans, garage door openers), clean your gutters, pressure wash your house & help you hang a flat screen TV. And he’s a whiz with most electrical repairs. If the client provides the items he/she wants installed, Bob will provide the labor component.
